UPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam 2020 notification

UPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam 2020 notification for 24 cadres has been announced. If you are interested to apply for Civil Service Preliminary Exam for the year 2020, this is the chance for you. Those who qualifies this preliminary exam need to apply for the main exams. Candidates who wish to join the Indian Forest Service should definitely pass this preliminary exam.

Age limit: Candidates in the age range 21-32 as of 1 August 2020 are eligible to apply for this exam. There will be age relaxation for candidates in the reserved categories.

Eligibility: Candidates with a degree from recognized university can apply.

Note: When submitting application form online, you need to submit the details of Aadhar/Voters/PAN/Passport,License/any other government photo ID cards.

Exam pattern:
In this exam, there will be 2 papers(200 marks each). There will be 2 hour for each papers.

Exam centers in Kerala:
Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode

Application fees: The application fees will be Rs 100/-. But there wont be any fees for females/SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Where to pay the fees?
The fees can be paid online or in any State bank branches.

  • Last date for submitting online application form: 3 March 2020 till 6:00 PM
  • Date for withdrawing application forms: March 12-18, 2020
